The type you choose for a CRM Account affects:
-
Which activity the partner can be selected for (such as receiving inventory or collecting lab results).
-
What information you need to provide about them.
-
What a sales order's type will be (wholesale, intra-industry, etc.) when selected as the recipient.
- And consequently, which SKUs can be added to the sales order. Only SKUs whose sales class matches the order's type can be added to it.
