Getting Started

Navigate to the batch list screen to start the destruction process.

Queue Destruction

Filter the batches by the stage “Vegetation” and select a batch with plants that need some destruction. Start the destruction process with the “Destroy Material” button.

Fill in the status of the plants in the batch. Did you need to destroy a whole plant or just trim some leaves? In this example we are just trimming, so uncheck the “Inventory Adjustment Required” box.

Enter the details of the destruction. The weight destroyed, type of waste and reason for destruction are all required.

Fill in the admin details of the destruction, who weighed and who approved this destruction?

Confirm the details before submitting the form. Once submitted you will be able to print a destruction label for the material.

Finish Destruction

Navigate to the Material to Destroy page in the QA section. Pick the destruction item from earlier in the queue.

Enter how you will destroy the material and two users who witness the destruction.

Finish

You are done destroying material.
