Multi-Market Operations: ISO Codes and Translation Coverage
🎯 Why This Matters
Operating across multiple regions means dealing with different regulatory systems and standards. GrowerIQ handles the complexity so you can focus on growing. Multi-market features help you:
- Automate compliance details - ISO codes are applied automatically based on your facility location
- Ensure report accuracy - Regulatory submissions use the correct regional identifiers
- Scale confidently - Add new facilities in new regions without system changes
- Guarantee translation coverage - Built-in checks ensure all interface text is translated
🌐 Automatic ISO Country Codes
GrowerIQ automatically applies the correct ISO country and region codes based on your facility address - no manual configuration needed.
What are ISO codes?
ISO 3166 is the international standard for country and region codes. Regulatory agencies worldwide use these codes in official reports and submissions.
| Code Type | Example | Used For |
| ISO 3166-1 (Country) | CA, AU, DK, US | Country identification in reports |
| ISO 3166-2 (Region) | CA-ON, AU-NSW, US-CO | State/province identification |
How it works:
- When you set up your facility, you enter your address
- GrowerIQ automatically determines the correct ISO codes
- These codes are applied to all regulatory reports and exports
You don't need to look up or enter ISO codes manually - GrowerIQ handles this automatically.
💡 Multi-Facility Operations
If you operate facilities in multiple countries or regions, each facility automatically uses its own ISO codes. Reports are generated with the correct codes for each location.
📋 Where ISO Codes Appear

🏢 Configuring Your Facility Address
Your facility address determines which ISO codes are applied to your reports and exports.
- Go to Administration > Organization Settings
- Scroll down to the Facility Details card
- Enter your complete address including country and state/province
- Click Update facility details
GrowerIQ automatically determines the correct ISO codes from your address. You can also configure licensed areas (processing area, growing area, outdoor growing area) in the same section.
💡 Tax Registration
If your jurisdiction requires a tax registration number or company ID on invoices, you can also enter this in the Facility Details section.
