A system customized for your needs

• More options to propagate clones: users can now propagate clones not only from mothers but also from a production batch to create another production batch.
  ​
• More flexibility in QA stage: creating a sample in QA Stage is no longer mandatory for batches with a G-Wet and Plants end type.
  ​
• New pesticides items: you can now add insecticides and herbicides in the “Add Pesticides” section.
• Additional traceability: you will now be able to select which piece of hardware (scale and printer) was used to record a certain transaction.
  ​
• Easier navigation: any lots and lot items that no longer have any inventory will automatically be archived.

Compliance documents easier to generate

• Master Batch Record: generate a Master Batch Record directly from the application instead of having to manually aggregate relevant data from different sources in your facility.

• Link documents to their batches: any Deviation, CAPAs, or SOPs which are created in the system can now be linked to the relevant batch by selecting the “Add links” button in the batches detail page.

• Generate invoices: generate invoices for orders directly from the system.

Go to CRM -> Orders then click on the icon “Download Invoice”

What we have fixed for you

• Avoid mistakes on your scanner: a majority of fields will now be validated. If you enter invalid data the system will let you know by displaying a warning message.
  ​

• Destruction reports are easier to generate: we have removed the 20 items per page rule for destruction reports so users will have full visibility of all the items that were destroyed on a specific date.

• 108 bugs squashed!

  • Missing buttons for activities in the scanner have been implemented (like creating mothers and transferring inventory items to batches);
  • Signatures and passwords are now working properly when logging an activity
  • Sending samples to the lab with the scanner is not showing an error message anymore;
  • Missing plants in the Mother batches are now appearing
  • The weight is now displayed in the labels when they are printed;
  • And much more...
