New Release - 3.3.0 🚀

Meet GrowerIQ 3.3.0! 🚀 In this release, we've focused on inventory accuracy improvements and quality-of-life enhancements that make your daily workflows smoother. The highlight is a new Record Weight Gain activity for lots, plus better visibility into packaging runs and improved room management for mother plants. Here's what's in this release: - ✨ New Features - 💡 Improvements - 🔧 Bug Fixes ✨ New Features Record Weight Gain for Lots Cannabis products can sometimes gain weight due to moisture absorption or other environmental factors. Previously, there was no way to accurately record these weight increases, which could lead to inventory discrepancies in your Health Canada Reports (HCR). Now you can properly document weight gains and keep your records accurate. With the new Record Weight Gain activity, you can log the updated weight of a lot after it has gained mass. The weight increase will appear under the Classification's "Other Additions" to inventory in your HCR, ensuring full compliance and traceability. 📝 How It Works: 1. Navigate to the Lot Details page for the lot you need to update 2. Click the Record Weight Gain button in the Actions section (next to Enter THC/CBD) 3. Step 1 - Weight Details: Enter the new weight after gain, optionally connect a scale for automatic weighing, add an activity name and description, and select the date the weight was recorded 4. Step 2 - Admin Details: Capture the required signatures for Weighed By, Checked By, and Approved By 5. Step 3 - Confirm: Review the posting weight, posting date, calculated weight gain, and all admin signatures before submitting 6. Click Submit to record the weight gain Note: The weight gain must be greater than the current lot weight. The earliest selectable date is the lot's creation date. 💡 Improvements Expanded Invoice Details You asked for more comprehensive invoicing, and we delivered! Invoice details now include additional product information such as unit counts, weights, and end types. This gives you and your customers a clearer picture of exactly what's being sold without needing to reference SKU definitions separately. Packaging Run Visibility Total mass packaged and remaining quantity are now displayed directly in the Packaging Runs grid and Inventory Explorer. No more switching between screens to track your packaging progress—see exactly how much product went into each run and what remains at a glance. Room Management for Mother Plants The Rooms function now works with Mother Plants and Mother Batches. You can automate fertigation activities for your mothers just like you do for regular cultivation batches, saving time and ensuring consistent care across all your growing inventory. Spanish Translation Improvements We've continued refining Spanish translations to provide greater clarity for Spanish-speaking users. Terms like "Batches" (previously translated the same as "Lots") now have distinct translations to avoid confusion. Organization Environment Indicator When using the Switch Org feature, you'll now see a clear identifier showing whether you're in a Production or UAT environment. This helps prevent accidental data entry in the wrong environment when managing multiple facilities. Manitoba Medical Sales Tax Taxation has been updated so that Manitoba provincial sales tax is now correctly applied only to Medical Sales, not recreational. This ensures accurate invoicing and compliance with regional tax requirements. 🔧 Bug Fixes We've squashed several bugs to make your experience smoother: - Variety Selection Fixed: Previously, the Edit Variety modal would sometimes show only the first 25 varieties instead of all available options. Now you'll always see your complete variety list. - Seed Lot Merging: Resolved an issue where merging lots with different end types that included a Seeds lot would display a "Failed. Please try again" error. Merge operations now work correctly for all end type combinations. - Document Display: Fixed a rare issue in certain environments where batches incorrectly displayed all system documents instead of only their associated documents. - Currency Display: Corrected display issues with newly adopted currencies to ensure proper formatting and symbol display across all regions. - Room Batch Filtering: The Room Batch function now defaults to showing only active batches, with an "Include Archived" checkbox option. This prevents accidentally processing activities for inactive batches. - Processing Stage Workflow: Fixed an issue where the "Advance Stage" button was incorrectly enabled before "Record Processed Weight" was completed. The button now properly remains disabled until the required weight recording is done. We Built This With You in Mind 💬 Have feedback? New Release (3.2.0) 🚀

Meet GrowerIQ version 3.2.0! In this version, we've overhauled core inventory functions and introduced powerful new tools to give you unparalleled control, flexibility, and traceability from bulk material to finished goods. Here's what's in this release: - Package Runs - Multi-Lot Package Runs - Colour Grading - Revert, Edit, Recycle Lot Items ✨New Features ✨ Introducing 'Package Runs' In this version, individual Lot Items have been replaced with intuitive and powerful Package Runs. This is a workflow game-changer, simplifying the packaging process, consolidating packaging data into a single comprehensive page. Note: Lot Items will no longer have individual pages, or activity logs; these now reside on the corresponding Package Run page. This change does not compromise traceability, but rather consolidates activity data, and improves performance of the application. As shown below, the new Package Run page will display the available units (lot items), source lot information, audit trail, as well as THC/CBD potency. Multi-Lot Package Runs You asked, and we answered! We've now added the ability to create multi-lot package runs. Unlike before, where SKUs could only be packaged from a single lot source, users are able to create package runs from multiple source lots! From the Lots grid page, simply select 2 or more lots of the same end-type and variety, and a new button will be available called Create Multi Lot Package Run. This will open a new modal, enabling the creation of Package Run. From this modal, users can select how much material from each lot should be used for the run, as well as the THC/CBD potency of that run. Splitting Lots In this version, users can now split lots into multiple distinct lots, rather than the previous process, requiring material to be sent back to a batch to be split**.** This feature enables quick management of bulk material, creating a clear audit trail. Customizable 'Colour Grades' for Lots We've introduced a new colour grading system, allowing users to create their own product grading system, and assign these grades at the lot level. This powerful QA tool provides a granular and visual mechanism to sort and manage bulk lot inventory. Colour grades are user definable, and may be configured by the users. Reach out to Support for assistance creating and managing Colour Grades! Once colour grades have been enabled, users can assign grades to lot inventory either in bulk from the lots grid page, or from the individual lot page. Revert, Edit, Recycle Package Runs We've now added improved flexibility when managing packaged items. On the Package Run page, you will notice 3 new buttons. - Revert Package Run: Use this option if a package run was created by mistake. Reverting a package run returns the material to the source lot(s), as if it never happened. An audit log will be created for this change. - Edit Package Run: Use this option if the quantity for the package run was entered by mistake. Editing a package run allows users to increase or decrease the quantity, based on the original date of the package run. If editing the quantity down, the material will be returned to the source lot; if editing the quantity up, material will be taken from the source lot. Note, Edit Package Run is only available for single-lot package runs, not multi-lot package runs. - Recycle Items: Use this option to unpackage material in a packaging run. Unlike Revert and Edit Package run functions, Recycle Items does not revert or change the original package run activity; instead, this feature is used for reclaiming material already packaged to it's original lot. When using the Revert or Edit Package Run features, if your package run was created in the past (in a previous month), this will impact regulatory reports as this will change the amount of packaged units in that period. In these scenarios, please reach out to Support for assistance. We Built This With You in Mind – Let’s Keep Improving Together 💬 Have feedback? Release Notes - 3.1.2

In this release, we've added 2 new features to make packaging and fulfillment easier than ever; we've also included several usability enhancements, and squashed some more bugs! - New Features - Enhancements - Bug Fixes 🌟 New Features 🌟 Enabling 'Packaging Runs' In our previous 3.1.1 release, we added the ability to apply a custom name when creating lot items, allowing users to differentiate lot items based on a packaging run. In this version, we've further enhanced this functionality, allowing users to select from a packaging run when filling an order. As shown in the image below, when filling an order for a specific SKU, if multiple packaging run's exist, users will be able to select between them. In the example above, lot items were created on 2 separate occasions from the same lot (LPP-BULK-RUN1, LPP-BULK-RUN2). This new feature gives added flexibility to select which packaging run to deduct the lot items from. To utilize this new packaging run feature, users must provide a unique name when creating the lot items; this will allow the system to differentiate between packaging runs. Receiving Packaged Products & Returns Users can now receive packaged products and returns via the Received Inventory modal, accurately reflecting these in the CTLS report. Health Canada defines a packaged product as any cannabis product packaged for sale to a consumer at the retail level. Refer here for more details. Now, when Packaged is selected under Package Type, users will be able to select a SKU. If a SKU matching the received variety & end-type exists, users will be able to select the SKU when receiving. This will auto populate the unit net weight field based on the SKU details. As shown below, a new field has been added called Source; this field will determine whether or not the packaged received are a return or not. When receiving packaged products, inventory will be reflected in quantity of packages. Activities performed on these inventories (i.e. destruction) must be done in denominations of the package unit weight. Enhancements💡 - Order List Page: Added new columns for Purchase Order #, and Ship to Address to the Orders List Page for better data visibility and operational efficiency. - Grid Page Column and Filter Reset: Added a reset option for columns and filters in grid pages, enhancing usability. - Add Optional Batch Name in Start Processing: Updated the Start Processing workflow to allow optional batch naming, offering users more flexibility. - Invoice Date in CRM Analytics: Added invoice date to CRM analytics, making financial tracking and reporting more comprehensive. - Destruction Queue - Capture Disposal Method: Improved the Queue for Destruction with an option to capture disposal methods, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Release Notes - 3.1.0

In this latest release, we've included substantial updates to SKUs, making packaging and order fulfillment more flexible and robust than ever before! - New & Improved SKUs - Editing SKUs - Variable SKU Pricing - Backorders - SKUs with 0 stock - Introducing Ghost SKUs - Enhancements - Bugfixes New & Improved SKUs📦 We've revamped our SKUs functionality, allowing users to edit SKUs, create dynamic pricing tables, accept backorders and much more. Check out the updates below! SKU Definitions We've made some changes to the SKU nomenclature to make it more intuitive and consistent across all end-types and cannabis classes. - Unit Quantity - the amount of discrete units within a package. For non-discrete unit SKUs (ex. dry flower), unit quantity will aways be 1. - Unit Weight - the weight of each unit within a package. - Target Weight - auto-calculated field (Unit Quantity * Unit Weight) representing the product weight of the SKU. - Total Packaged Weight - optional field allowing users to account for packaged weight (Target Weight + packaging materials). - Cost-Per-Package - optional field allowing users to associate cost to their products. Cost-per-package is a reportable field that can be viewed and tracked via the CRM Analytics report page. Cost-Per-Package We've added a new field to SKUs called cost-per-package, allowing users to associate cost to their products. Cost-per-package is a reportable field that can be viewed and tracked via the CRM Analytics report page. With this feature, users can track SKU profitability and generate profitability reports on SKU sales. Editing SKUs Users are now able to edit SKU details after a SKU has been created. Previously, only GTIN details were editable; however in this release we've made price, unit quantity, total product weight, and cost-per-package editable fields. To avoid discrepancies, unit quantity and total product weight fields may only be adjusted if there are no current lot item inventory associated with that SKU. Pricing and cost-per-package may be adjusted at any time. You will also notice we've changed the SKU info screen to make it more intuitive and easier to make edits as necessary. Variable SKU Pricing We've added a pricing table to the SKU page, allowing users to create alternative prices for a single SKU. Previously, SKUs were restricted to a default price and sales class. In this version, users are able to create new and unlimited pricing options for SKUs. This is a useful feature, allowing (among others): - Discount pricing for marketing promotions - Varied pricing by Province to align price with margins - Pricing differentials based on sales class (ex. medical vs. intra-industry) When adding a SKU to an order, users will be prompted to select a pricing variant for the order. Only the applicable variants (per sales class) will be presented to the user. Backorders - SKUs with 0 stock We've introduced a backorder feature, allowing users to create orders for SKUs that do not have stock, and accept paymenton those orders. This allows for improved production planning, with visibility into which SKUs are on backorder, by how much, and for which orders. As shown above, you can track current backorders from the Warehouse Overview page, along with which SKUs are currently on backorder. SKUs that are on backorder will show a negative quantity of lot items available under the Available Stock section. Introducing Ghost SKUs To enable sales without possession of cannabis products, we've introduced a new concept of Ghost SKUS. This is a powerful feature for medical sellers who sell directly to patients without possession of the cannabis products. A Ghost SKU is a cannabis SKU that is not physically on site. Similar to drop-shipping, this allows users to sell products from other producers that they do not physically possess. Ghost SKUs will report on the CTLS and b300 as sales, but without any change to physical inventory. 📝 How it Works - Ghost SKUs When creating a new SKU, users will notice a new option in the create SKU modal. Selecting this checkbox will make this SKU a Ghost SKU. Selecting this option will prompt the user to add specifics about the SKU. Unlike regular SKUs, Ghost SKUs do not have associated lots or lot items. This means that potency information must be associated at the SKU level. As show above, users can select an approved supplier, input source lot number, along with details about potency and current inventory totals. Once created, Ghost SKUs can be identified by the ghost icon on the SKU page. Available inventory for a Ghost SKU can be manually adjusted on the SKU Info page. As there are no physical lot items for Ghost SKUs, inventory totals can be easily updated from this page. Enhancements💡 - We've improved the adjust weight feature, ensuring adjusted weights are reported accurately to the Health Canada report. - The CTLS export now includes sales data. When navigating the report, you will notice that the corresponding sales columns are now populated with accurate sales data. - We've added an organization setting allowing users to select whether to use decimals or commas to display numeric values. For customers in Quebec and internationally, this allows users to display values based on local standards. - The Master Batch Record has now been added to Mother Batches. Bugfixes 🔧 - Resolved a duplicate printing issue that caused sporadic double-printing of labels. - Fixed a bug causing a failed error when adding a new user to the application. - Units are no longer showing double values on the Master Batch Record. - Squashed a bug causing issues in lot item creation when there is a variety with blank characters. - Resolved an issue where adding notes to a CAPA resulted in a failure. There's even more to discover in 3.1.0! Reach out to our team for a tour of the new version 🙋‍ REQUEST TRAINING

When queuing for destruction, you are now able to select the room the material will be placed in for better traceability of product within the facility. 3. When viewing data on the Destruction Queue list, a room column has been added to allow for location-based reporting of the destruction queue. Variety Details Now Available on Lot and Lot Item Pages For improved visibility, we've added variety to theLot and Lot Item pages. 📝 Did you know? GrowerIQ allows users to merge Lots of different varieties from the Lots list page. This is a useful feature when creating derivative products. When merging a Lot with different varieties, the system will create a new variety for this merged Lot using the following naming convention: Variety 1 - Variety 2. For example, merging Bubble Kush and Sour Diesel will create a new variety called "Bubble Kush - Sour Diesel", adding it to the Varieties list under Administration. Other Enhancements: - New unit options (KG and L) have been added for supplies. - Several new currency options have been added to organizational settings including the Moroccan Dirham, Thai Baht, Australian Dollar, Indian Rupee and many more! - Users can now export all lot items from the Lot Item list page by right clicking on the grid and selecting Export Data. - Move Rooms functionality has been added to Shipments - Ongoing improvements to the responsiveness and speed of the application. New Feature: Add Ingredients Building on our new processing functionality released in version 3.0.0, we've included an exciting new add ingredients feature in this version to unblock processors who create topicals, edibles, and pure intermediate products. When using supplies (with units in g or kg), users will be prompted with a new checkbox called Add to Inventory Weight. When this option is selected, the weight of the ingredients will be added to the inventory weight. As per Health Canada reporting requirements, the weight of a cannabis product is the weight of the final product, minus any packaging. Example: - LP1 has 1KG of distilled oil and will be mixing it with 1KG of coconut oil - Using the Use Supply modal, the user selects the add to inventory weight checkbox option, and links this to the 1KG of distilled oil inventory item - Once submitted: - The quantity of coconut oil available from supplies is reduced by 1KG - The weight of the distilled oil batch/lot has increased to 2KG - An entry is made in the inventory activity log and batch record for this activity, titled Consumable Lot Use Items with the relevant details With this new feature, users are able to reflect the total weight of the final cannabis product, net packaging materials, and are able to report this accurately to Health Canada. As this feature has reporting implications, we recommend contacting our support team to learn more, and discuss best-practices for this feature. Bug Fixes 🐛 We've added several bug fixes to this release, here are a some highlights: - Squashed a bug prevented users from selecting Add to Existing Batch when propagating clones**.** - Fixed an issue where backdating was being treated as an edit in the activity log. - When navigating the Destruction Activity Log,the option to Dequeue from Destruction has been added back. - Addressed an incorrect quantity calculation for SKU on the Shipments page. - Fixed a bug prompting users to enter weight, instead of quantity, when creating a lot of seeds. - Order tab status filter is now working correctly on the account detail page. - Addressed a bug preventing users from merging plant lots. - Fixed an issue preventing users from creating mother clones. - Reverted lot items will no longer appear in the fill order modal. - Log Fertigation modal is now loading correctly. - Solved several print label issues when creating destructions. You are part of this and we really appreciate that! 🥰 Would you like to send us a suggestion or a feature improvement? Open an enhancement request at the customer desk by clicking here.

Release Notes - Meet GrowerIQ 3.0 🚀

Welcome to GrowerIQ 3.0! Our latest release is a game-changer for processors and manufacturers, with loads of new post-harvest features and enhancements. - New Features - Custom End-Types - Start Processing - Record & Package Discrete Units - Master Batch Record (New & Improved!) - Quarterly INFARMED report - Enhancements - Bugfixes 🌟 New Features 🌟 Custom End-Types We've made creating new and innovative products easier than ever! Users can now create their own product types and define how these product should be reported on regulatory reports like the CTLS. Whether you're making a new line of bath bombs, infused pre-rolls, or innovating something completely new to the market - your products can be easily created and accurately tracked with our flexible custom end-type functionality. To create new custom end-types, navigate to the Administration > End-Types. Here you can create, edit, and delete your custom types. For products with discrete units (i.e. pre-rolls, edibles), this can be denoted when creating a custom product - more on that later! Start Processing (🚨Attention Processors!🚨) Now when navigating to batch pages you will notice a new Start Processing button. Using this feature, users are able to easily initiate their processing workflow to create products. This is a flexible feature that allows product transformations between any 2 end-types. We will explore how it works below! 📝 How It Works - Start Processing The Start Processing function is simple and intuitive to use. First, once in the Start Processing modal, determine how much will be processed and what end-type it will be processed into. This feature leverages the custom end-types feature (referenced above); this creates limitless flexibility for processing new products from various cannabis types. Once this step is complete, you will notice that the end-type of your batch has now been changed, while the current units type remains the same. This means that you've now initiated your processing workflow, and can proceed to Advance Stage. Current units will remain the original end-type until you record processed weight (i.e. conclusion of the processing step). Once you've completed your processing steps, you can Record Processed Weight; this records your final processing weight, and automatically records any processing loss incurred. Now that we've concluded our processing workflow, we can see that current units and end-type are the same. At this point, you can Advance Stage to QA, or use Start Processing again to further refine your product. There are no limits to how many times you can initiate a processing workflow, which is particularly useful for processors who may refine/distill their products several times. Record & Package Discrete Units For enhanced visibility into packaged inventory, users may now record and package their lot items to include discrete units. A discrete unit is an individual part of a larger package. Example: A pack of 10 pre-rolled joints would include 10 discrete units, reflecting each pre-roll in the package. 📝 How it Works - Discrete Units Discrete units are simple to set-up, and provide great visibility into products and packaging runs. Here's how it works: 1. Create a new end-type: whether or not a product has discrete units will be defined when creating a custom-end type. 2. Create a SKU for this end-type: when creating a SKU for an end-type with discrete units, you will notice the SKU details now prompt you to enter the unit quantity and unit weight for each discrete unit within the package. Based on these values, the cannabis weight field will be automatically calculated for the SKU package. 3. Create Lot Items: as usual, you will be prompted to select a SKU when packaging lot items using the create lot items function. Using the newly created SKU, you'll now notice the discrete unit details prominently displayed. Further, the amount of lot items created will be broken down into discrete units to be packaged, and total weight to be packaged. Master Batch Record (New & Improved!) We're please to showcase our new and improved master batch record! What's changed: - Batch records can now be generated for all inventory types, including mothers, batches, lots, and even lot items; previously, these were only available for batches. - You now have the option to generate a batch record with the entire family tree of that inventory - meaning you can trace a lot back to its original genetic source and include the complete genetic history on the batch record! - Sanitation activities will be automatically included on the batch records; sanitation activities will be added to the record based on the room location and movement of the inventory. - Added electronic signatures to batch record activities, including user ID, date and time of signature, and signer's role. - Batch records now show inventory movement, including dates the inventory was in each location and changes in unit type. - All documents tied to the inventory's activities will be collated at the bottom of the batch record in an appendix; these documents will also be linked within the original activities for easy navigation. - CAPAs and Deviations that are linked to the inventory will be automatically added to the batch record in a detailed appendix. Quarterly Report (INFARMED) For license holders in Portugal, we've now added a new report that will automatically generate the Reporte Trimestral de Entradas e Saídas required to be submitted quarterly to INFARMED. You can generate this report by navigating to QA > Reports and filtering by date range. Release Notes - 2.3.3.2

In this update, we added some exciting new features, enhancements and bugfixes! 🚀 - New Features - Inventory Explorer - Revert Lot Items - Revert Samples - Enhancements - Added functionality to list pages - Implemented 'saved view' function to CRM Analytics - Added range option when printing Plant ID labels - Bugfixes 🌟 New Features 🌟 Inventory Explorer We're thrilled to introduce a major addition to the system – the Inventory Explorer. This feature provides a comprehensive and consolidated view of your current inventory, enabling you to track stock levels, monitor availability, and manage inventory efficiently, all in one central location. How To Find It The Inventory Explorer can be conveniently found right on the homepage beneath the module buttons. How It Works The Inventory Explorer has 3 main components: 1. Current Inventory by Variety & Type: The stacked bar-graph at the top of the Inventory Explorer displays current inventory, broken down by Variety and Type. This is a useful snapshot of what inventory is on-site at any given time. 2. Feature-Rich Inventory Grid: In our previous release, we added new and powerful data grids to our list pages. The Inventory Explorer leverages the same data grid, allowing users to manipulate, organize, filter, and export data in a fully configurable way. To learn more about using these data grids, follow this link! 3. Dynamic Charts: In addition to the Current Inventory chart referenced above, the Inventory Explorer allows you to create custom dashboards with user-defined charts and graphs. To do this, select the link icon above each chart, and then use the data grid to select the data you want to visualize. Once done, you can select the link icon again to lock this graph to your dashboard. Would you like to have training session for this new feature? 🙋‍ REQUEST TRAINING Revert Lot Items You asked, and we answered! Now users can revert Lot Items to the source Lot. This is particularly useful in situations where Lot Items are created in error, or need to be repackaged. Previously, this required submitting a support ticket; with this new release, this function can be done directly from the Lot Item or Lot Items List pages. Revert Samples Similarly, you can now revert a Sample to the original source inventory. For traceability purposes, a reason for reversion is required, along with a signed approval. Enhancements💡 We've made several enhancements to improve the functionality and usability of GrowerIQ! - A saved view feature has been added to the Inventory Explorer and CRM Analytics pages. When filtering and organizing the data within the grid, views can now be saved for future use; multiple views may be saved and users can toggle between views. - Destruction Report ID has been added as a column in the Destruction History page, allowing for easy reference to the report for each destruction event. - When printing Plant ID labels, a new feature has been added allowing for a range of Plant IDs to be selected for printing. - A 'select all' checkbox has been added to Destruction, Lot Items, Lots, and SKUs list pages, as well as an 'unselect all' option. - Destruction, Lot Items, Lots, and SKUs list pages now include a summation feature; total quantity of all selected items will be shown on the bottom toolbar of these pages. Bugfixes 🔧 - Resolved an issue that caused archived Lot Items to be partially visible when the archived option was selected. - Fixed an issue where the Activity Log was not loading fully. - Resolved a bug where the THC percentage was incorrectly displaying on the Sales Export CSV. We're always happy to help! REQUEST TRAINING ✨New Features✨ Room Activities - Apply an action to multiple batches simultaneously You can now apply certain actions (activities) to multiple batches at once instead of having to log them batch by batch. To do this, go to the Greenhouse page, click Rooms, then select the rooms of the applicable batches and the batches you want to apply the activity to. Select the activity, enter the details, and you're done! This works for the following activities: - Add Insects - Add Links - Add Pesticide - Advance Stage (if all the selected batches are in the same stage) - Create Activity Log - Defoliate Plants - Flush Plants - Log Fertigation - Move Rooms Note: An activity will only be available if it can be applied to all the selected batches. Record weight multiple times (crude, cured, distilled, and dry weight) You can record and update cured weight and distilled weight multiple times as changes occur. Each update will appear in the activity log. You can also customize the name of an update when logging it. The custom name will appear beside the "update" event in the activity log. Flag lots as "recalled" On the Lots page, you can now select lots and add recall flags to them (which will also add them to any lots derived from them). This won't queue them up for destruction or start a recall, but it will give users a visual reminder that the recalled items shouldn't be added to orders or shipped to clients. Flagged items can't be selected to fill orders, and any orders already containing flagged items will display a warning. Backdate activities In a previous update, we added the ability to select a date in the past when logging certain activities. This can now be done for many more activities. Cultivation activities: - Prune Plants - Flush Plants - Log Fertigation - Add Insects - Add Pesticide - Defoliate Plants - Collect Metric - Propagate Clones - Split Batch - Record Harvest Weight - Record Plant Count - Move Rooms - Advance Stage - Create Activity Log - Send to Extraction - Record Final Extraction Weight - Record Dry Weight - Record Cured Weight QA activities: - Visual Inspection - QA Review (Batch) - Record Lab Result Others: - Transfer inventory to batch - Send Sample to Lab - Send to Processor - Receive from Processor - Create Lot (from batch and received inventory) - Lot Approval - Merge Lot Merge batches with different extract end types We've expanded the merge batches feature. For example, you can merge a batch of Hash with one of Rosins since both are reported in the "Extract - inhaled" section of the HCR. This is possible for the following report sections: - Pure intermediates - Extracts - Inhaled - Extracts - ingested - Extracts - Others - Edibles Solids - Edibles Non-Solids - Topicals - Pure Intermediates Download a breakdown report of the Health Canada Report On the Reports page, under Health Canada Report, you can now click DOWNLOAD BREAKDOWN to download a spreadsheet showing the details of the report. Release Announcement - 2.2.1

🙌 You asked and we listened! Check out your UAT environment now for the latest release 😃 Main Highlights 1. More flexibility with Multiple Harvesting: merge child batches with a source batch 2. Support your unique workflow and Backdate activities during creation 3. Weight Adjustment: adjust your own data without a ticket We’ve also squashed many bugs 🐛! Would you like to have training session for these updates? 🙋‍ REQUEST TRAINING 🌟 New Exciting Features 1. Multiple Harvesting: merge child batches with a source batch If you often split batches to track multiple harvests, you’ll really like this feature! You can now merge child batches into any existing source batch (and keep the source batch’s ID), or into a brand new batch (which will then be treated as a regular batch with a new ID). Just select the batches to be involved in the merge and click Merge Batches. You’ll have complete control over the specifics. If you don’t want to select related batches manually, just select one of them and then click Select Source and Child Batches. All batches related to it will be selected automatically. 2. Backdate activities during creation When logging an activity, you can now set the date and time it actually occurred to match your own unique workflow. The activities you can do this for are: - Create Lot Item - Create Sample - Queue for destruction - Receive Inventory You'll see the option to do this directly in the modal. You can select a date and time from the point the item was created up to the present. 3. Weight Adjustment: adjust your own data without a ticket! Made a mistake when a weight was first logged? We got you covered. You can now adjust the following weights even after they’ve been recorded: - Harvest Weight - Crude Oil Weight - Distilled Oil Weight - Cured Weight - Dry Weight Just go to the batch in question and click Adjust Weight. You’ll see the change clearly noted in the Activity Log. 🚀 That’s not all… - We made Lot names clearly visible on the Lot listing page to make them easy to find. - You can now add notes and upload documents during the destruction queue process using the "Create Activity Log" button. We’ve also squashed many bugs 🐛… Fixes we have implemented: - No more duplicate destruction items in the Destruction Queue. - When sending seeds to destruction and specifying the number of seeds that should be destroyed, the destruction weight is now automatically calculated based on the average mass of the seeds. - Uploading a document using the Attach Document button in the Deviation report no longer fails. - Fixed errors that were previously encountered when uploading “doc” and “docx” files. - Fixed the error that occurred when clicking Mark Order as Shipped on the Orders page. - When a Canadian address is specified, the correct tax rate based on the province is now applied, rather than the fallback rate. - Fixed fallback rates not being applied correctly. - On the batch page, the source batch ID links will now always point to the right batch, even after multiple harvests. - In the Record Harvest Weight modal, the “Reduction of plants” field erroneously allowed decimal numbers. This has been corrected to allow only positive integers. - Fixed an issue where some child batches were missing their end type information after a multiple harvest. - Dequeuing a material that has a decimal amount is now fully transferred back to the batch. - Creating lot items from blended lots (lots with 2 different end types mixed) no longer causes an error. - Currency and money are now consistently represented on the Orders page as they were represented on the invoice. - Duplicated SOPs with the same name are no longer allowed. - “Link upload” in the CAPA section now works properly. Would you like to have training session for these updates? 🙋‍ REQUEST TRAINING Coming Soon ⏳ - Merge batches with different end types - Recording oil weight multiple times and customizing the activity name - Backdating more activities - Room activities: applying activities to multiples batches in the room You are part of our creative process. Streamline error correction: Revert Destruction and Dequeue material from the destruction queue 2. More flexibility: Backdate activities that have already been created 3. Blend products in the way that suits your business! Merge lots with different end types 4. Harvest in stages, and allow for Multiple Harvesting events on the same batch 🚀 That’s not all… 1. Quickly locate information thanks to incorporating batch and lot names on the destruction report 2. Avoid quantity errors by choosing "Kg" and "L" as units when receiving supplies 3. Simplified end type names without units 4. Simpler sampling: Send all remaining material from a batch or lot to the lab ✨This release 2.1.5 positively impacts how your operations work by improving usability and flexibility when using the software. For that reason, it will stay in UAT longer. We want to make sure that you have enough time to test it out and share your feedback with us.✨ Would you like to request a training session for these updates? REQUEST TRAINING 🌟 New Exciting Features Streamline error correction: 1. REVERT DESTRUCTION and DEQUEUE material from destruction the queue - A single page for all destructions To make navigation more intuitive, we have combined all destruction related pages into a single page named "Destruction" with three tabs: "Queue", "History" and "Reports". 1.a. DEQUEUE - Removing material from the "Queue for Destruction" If you want to reverse material queued for destruction go to the "Destruction Queue" page under the "Queue" tab and click on the "dequeue" button. The amount selected will be automatically removed from the queue and will be reversed to the original batch. - You can also remove a batch from the Destruction Queue by clicking on the "Dequeue" button directly in the Activity Log. - You will see all "Dequeue From Destruction" activities listed in the Activity Log section: 1.b. REVERT DESTRUCTION - Did you destroy material by mistake and would like to undo the destruction event? No problem! You can now revert material that was sent to destruction. - Go to the "Destruction" page under the "History" tab. Click on the new "Revert Destruction" button and the material destroyed will be sent back to the destruction queue. - Confirming Revert Destruction and Dequeue For each activity, Dequeue or Revert Destruction you will need to provide a reason for the modification and collect the signatures. More flexibility: 2. BACKDATE activities that have already been created - Did you log an activity on a different day then it was actually done? The date can now easily be adjusted! - In the Activity log tab click on the switch button to see the "backdate view". This is a more complete view than the default one. It will list not only the main activities performed on the batch or lot but also the related activities that happen automatically in the system. - Select the activity you want to backdate and make sure you also select all related activities that are automatically added by the system so that they can be backdated all together. For example, a "Split Batch" can be followed by a "Batch Plan Update" and an "Update Stage". - When you click on the "Backdate" button you will see a modal listing all selected activities and a date picker where you can select another previous date. - After confirming, the dates will be updated and the activities backdated will be tagged as "edited". The user who made the modification and the time of the modification will also be displayed: Blend products in the way that suits your business 3. Merge lots with different end types Creating blended products is now as simple as other functions in GrowerIQ! You can merge different end types at the lot level such as "g wet" or "g dry" with extracts, pure intermediates and edibles. A new lot will then be created with the new mixed end type. Transferring lot to a batch You can also send the blended lot to a batch to perform additional activities on it. Just click on the "Send Lot to Batch" button and a new batch will be created with the material. It will have two stages: "Final Extraction" and "QA". - Merging batches with different end types is queued for the next release. For the time being, if you need to merge them, you can always send batches to a lot, merge them at the lot level, and then transfer them back to a new batch. Harvest in stages: 4. MULTIPLE HARVESTING Do you need to harvest a batch in multiple stages? How about harvesting first just the top of the plant? With the new multiple harvesting feature you will be able to log the harvest weight of each stage until you finalize your total harvest. - In the "Record Harvest Weight" modal, enter the number of plants to be reduced and the total harvest weight. - Single Harvest Enter the total number of plants to be reduced. If you harvested all plants at once (single harvest) you will stay in the same batch and the units will be converted to the entered harvest weight. - Multiple Harvesting If after the harvest, there are still plants remaining in the batch, enter the total number of plants to be reduced. The system will then let you know that a multiple harvest process has started. - You can harvest the source batch as many times as you need. For each harvest stage a new child batch will be created with the harvest weight entered so that you can process it separately. - Simplify your process: keep the same source batch IDIn the next release ⌛, you will be able to merge back child batches with their source batch. In that way, even after a multiple harvest process you may keep only one source batch and keep the same batch ID. 🚀 More things we have improved 1. Quickly locate information: batch and lot names displayed in the destruction report We know that seeing the Inventory names and types (Batch/ Mother/ Mother Batch/ Lot) can be useful information to you. That is why we have included them in the Destruction Reports header. 2. Avoid quantity errors by choosing "Kg" and "L" as units when receiving supplies Avoid mistakes when inputting large numbers in the "Receive Supply" page. We have added two more units to it. Now you can choose between "g" or "Kg'' and "ml" or "L" units. Go under the Administration/ Supply Type to set the units for each supply: - Make sure you set the right unit on the "Supply Type". In the "Receive Supply" page when you click on "Receive Supply" and select one thes unit you had set for it will be displayed. 3. Simplified end type names without units End type names used to display the unit in front of their names like "g (wet)" or "un seeds". To make it easier to read and avoid confusion in case the unit is Kg instead of grams, we have removed the unit from the name. For example, "g (wet)" and "un seeds" will be displayed just as "Wet" and "Seeds". Don't worry, the units will still be visible on the batch and lot pages. 4. More samples: Send all remaining material from a batch or lot to the lab - For any inventory type that allows you to create samples (Batch/ Mother/ Mother Batch/ Lot), we have removed the restriction that was preventing you from sending the entire amount in either a single sample or as a set of multiple samples (to test multiple characteristics). - In this example we are creating a sample with the remaining 10g of wet material available in the batch. No error message will be displayed. - You can also use the remaining amount to create multiple samples: ✨This release 2.1.5 positively impacts how your operations work by improving usability and flexibility when using the software. For that reason, it will stay in UAT longer. We want to make sure that you have enough time to test it out and share your feedback with us.✨ Would you like to request a training session for these updates? REQUEST TRAINING Coming Soon ⌛ - Merge child batches with their source batch after a multiple harvesting process - Backdate activities at the moment of creation - Self-adjustment of a batch weight - Merge batches with different end-types You are part of our creative process. We really appreciate that! 🥰 Would you like to send us a suggestion or a feature improvement? Open an enhancement request at the customer desk by clicking here.

And more... - Coming Soon in 2.1.5: self-adjustments ✏️ Enhancements ✨ 🔁 Send material for extraction multiple times Sometimes a single extraction is not enough to achieve the desired product quality. Or you might want to extract multiple end types from a source batch. No problem! Now with GrowerIQ you can perform as many extraction processes as you need! You will notice that the “Send to Extraction” and the “Record Final Extracted Weight” activities will be available through the whole extraction process. Once material has been extracted, it can be extracted again (from the new batch created or in the source batch). Please note that every time you send material to extraction, a new batch with the selected end type quantity will be created: You can then verify the final extracted weight and start the extraction process again. 💡 Check out our tutorial for multiple extractions In the tutorial video example, we perform 2 extractions in a row. We start with a batch of wet material, dedicate part of it to hash extraction and then some to rosin extraction: 🗓️ Backdate lot items while creating; perfect for asynchronous updates! We know that sometimes an activity performed in the facility might not be logged in the system right away, or might be registered only on another day. In order to match your workflow GrowerIQ will now let you select the date when lot items were created: Dates prior to the Lot creation or in the future can't be selected: ⛔ Better control with restricted modules Have you already tried our new User Roles engine where you can give access to specific modules for each user role created? This feature was released as part of version 2.1.2, and was designed to give you more control over who accesses what in your system. In this new release you will notice that when users don’t have access to a certain module, it will still be visible but disabled. If they hover over the navigation link, a restricted icon will appear. Clicking the disabled navigation link will inform them that they’re not authorized to see that module. “Activity Log” filter improved: view only modified activities We improved the “Activities” filter located in the “Activity Log” tab. If you wish to view only the activities that have been edited or deleted just check the “Modified Activity” item. This filter will only be visible if there is at least one activity that has been modified in the list. No filter selected, all activities are visible: “Modified Activities” filter selected: 🧑 More information about your users, include Role In the “Users” page when creating a new user you will now be able to specify their Job Title so that you have more information listed about your users. The “Job Title” will be displayed in the users list and detail page: Bug squashed 🐛 Creating a large amount of lot items was prompting an error message which has been fixed. You’re now able to create thousands of lots and lot items at a time! Coming Soon in 2.1.5: Self-adjustments ✏️ Why open tickets to request adjustments, when you can fix the error right away? That’s right, a series of self-adjustment features are on the way! Our team is working hard to enhance the system flexibility: you will soon be able to make adjustments by yourself like: - Revert a destruction - Backdate activities - Merge lots with different end types - Harvest in multiple stages ✨The next release 2.1.5 is going to positively impact how some of your operations work by improving usability and flexibility when using the software. For that reason, it will stay a bit longer in UAT. We want to make sure that you will have enough time to try it out and share your feedback with us.✨ A quick overview of some 2.1.5 features Easily Revert a Destruction Did you log the destruction of a material by mistake and would like to revert it? Or perhaps you just sent it to the destruction queue and need to have it back in the batch? No problem! We are about to release the "Revert Destruction" and "Dequeue" features. You will soon be able to quickly make those self-adjustments! More flexibility with Backdating If an activity had been performed at a different moment than it was logged in the system no worries: you will soon be able to adjust the date with the new "Backdating" feature and select the correct date. You are part of our creative process. We really appreciate that! 🥰 Would you like to send us a suggestion or a feature improvement? Open an enhancement request at the customer desk by clicking here.

Getting Started - Cultivation

This article walks through the cultivation workflow: - Mother Plants - Batches - Taking Samples for QA Testing Mother Plants Once you have mother plants, you can track all actions performed on them. Getting Mother Plants You can get mother plants by: - Clicking Propagate Clones on an existing mother plant to create new ones from it - Taking them from received (purchased) inventory The plants will appear on the Mothers page (Cultivation & Processing > Mothers). Tour: Mother Plants ▶️ Tour 1: Mother Plants ▶️ Tour 2: Adding Mother Plants From Received Inventory Working With Mother Plants The mother plants listed on the Mothers page (Cultivation & Processing > Mothers) each represent one of your plants. You can work with them individually or group some into mother batches to treat the group of plants as a single unit. To work with mother plants, you'll use the action buttons on a mother plant's Properties page to do things such as prune, propagate clones, log fertigation, and more. 📖 Article: Working With Mother Plants ▶️ Tour 1: Working With Mother Plants ▶️ Tour 2: Grouping Mothers into Plant Batches ▶️ Tour 3: Working With Plant Batches ▶️ Tour 4: Final Review Taking Clones and Putting them into a New or Existing Batch When you're ready to take cuttings from a mother plant and track the growth of the clones, you'll add them to a batch. To do this, use the Propagate Clones button on the plant's properties page. See the article linked above for more information. Batches Batches in GrowerIQ are groups of clones or cannabis inventory that are going through processing or cultivation in some way. The content of a batch is made up of clones or externally received cannabis inventory. You can add to or create a batch from these sources: - Mother plants - described in the above section - Cultivators will usually propagate clones from mothers to create/add to batches. - Received Inventory - Lots ▶️ Tour: Creating a Batch From Received Inventory Once you have some batches, go to Cultivation & Processing > Batches to see a list of all your batches, then click one of them to see its details. ▶️ Tour: Getting Started With Batches Batch Plans The way a batch progresses through processing or cultivation depends on the batch plan. It is made up of stages the batch will go through to get from its start type to its end type (for example, from plants to cured dry material). The stages in the plan depend on what the batch's content is at the start and what the content's desired end type is (chosen when the content was originally created). For example, a batch of plants whose desired end type is "Dry (cured material)" will go through the following batch plan stages: Propagation > Vegetation > Flowering > Harvesting > Drying > Curing > QA. Another example: A batch of wet material whose desired end type is "Oil (Crude Material)" will go through the following batch plan stages: Planning > Extracting > QA. GrowerIQ automatically creates the batch plan -- you don't create the stages yourself. What to Do With a Batch in Each Stage The actions available for a batch depends on what stage it's currently in. Some actions are available all the time, while others only appear in certain stages. When you've done all the actions required in the batch's current stage, the option to advance to the next stage will appear. Here's a guide on the required/recommended actions for each stage. 📖 Article: Working Through a Batch Plan For cultivators: Before starting the first tour below, create a plant batch and advance it to the propagation stage. ▶️ Tour: Propagation and Vegetation ▶️ Tour: Harvesting Part 1 ▶️ Tour: Harvesting Part 2 ▶️ Tour: Harvesting Part 3 For processors: Before starting the first tour below, create a batch of dry material or any oil and advance it to the next stage to bring it out of the planning stage. OR, If you're continuing from the harvesting tours above, you can simply use the existing batch. Just advance the batch to the next stage. ▶️ Tour: Drying, Curing, Extraction Part 1 ▶️ Tour: Drying, Curing, Extraction Part 2 ▶️ Tour: Partial Extractions Part 1 ▶️ Tour: Partial Extractions Part 2 Finishing a Batch Plan Once a batch has gone through all its stages and passed QA testing, a button will appear on the page to take some inventory from it and add it to a lot. If you want to follow the tour below, advance your most recently created batch to the QA stage. ▶️ Tour: Creating Test Samples ▶️ Tour: Recording Lab Results ▶️ Tour: Completing a Batch Plan Merging Batches Sometimes you might want to combine different batches together. When multiple batches are merged together, it results in a new batch, which can be treated and worked on as a collective unit. The batches that make up this new batch become attached to it. They are called the source batches. We don't recommend trying to merge until you are more familiar with batches, but you can keep it in mind for the future. You can learn about merging batches later on if you find that you need to do it. Full Reference on Batches Our article on batches outlines everything you can do with batches. This is good as a reference if you're curious about a feature or a specific task. To get started though, we recommend following the link above. ➥ Working With Batches Taking Samples for QA Testing At any time, you can take a sample and send it to the lab for testing. On any plant or batch's properties page, you'll see the option to Create Sample. When you do this, you can specify the quantity to take for the sample along with other details. It will then appear on the QA Samples page. From there, you can send it to the lab and record the results of the test. The sample is always associated with the plant or batch it came from so that you won't lose track. ➥ QA Testing Samples
