[1.5.1] - 2026-10-21

Changed

  • The organization screen now checks the organization you type once you pause typing, instead of after every letter.

Fixed

  • Logging in now works for every active organization. Previously a few organizations saw "Request failed with status code 404" or "Network Error" when logging in.
  • When the organization screen suggests a close match for the name you typed, Continue now opens that organization's login. Previously it returned you to the organization screen.

[1.5.0] - 2026-10-20

Added

  • Weighing screens now have a Change Scale button once a scale is picked. Use it to switch to another scale, or choose No scale and type the weight. Previously a connected scale could only be changed by logging out.
  • Split Batch, Start Processing, Create Lot and Adjust Weight can now take the weight from a scale, with Use, Auto and Weigh Multiple.
  • Create Sample now has the scale on every sample.
  • Add Pesticide and Log Fertigation can now take the amount from a scale for supplies measured in grams or kilograms. Liquids are typed in as before.
  • Record Crude Oil Weight and Record Distilled Oil Weight now record oil density when you enter an oil volume, the same as the desktop app.
  • Queue for Destruction now lists the batch's plant IDs for sites that track them. Choosing IDs is optional, the same as the desktop app.

Changed

  • The scale you pick is now remembered for each organization. Switching organization disconnects it, and switching back reconnects it. After this update, pick your scale once more.
  • Switching to a different scale clears a weight that came from the previous scale, so it is never saved under the new scale's name. A weight you typed yourself is kept.
  • Organizations set to imperial units now weigh in ounces and pounds, and enter volumes in fluid ounces or gallons, on every weighing screen. Detail screens and search lists show the same units, the same as the desktop app.
  • Collect Metrics takes heights, bud diameters and internodal spaces in inches for imperial organizations.
  • Record Crude Oil Weight and Record Distilled Oil Weight now ask for Weighed By and Approved By only, the same as the desktop app.
  • Record Distilled Oil Weight accepts at most the crude oil weight, and Record Dry Weight and Record Cured Weight at most the batch's weight.
  • Record Processed Weight no longer has a box for typing the scale name. The scale you picked is recorded.
  • Receive From Processor now offers the same units and the same maximum as the desktop app.
  • On Add Pesticide, Add Insects and Log Fertigation, picking a different supply clears the amount, so it is never saved against the wrong supply.
  • Add Insects now needs at least 1, and Log Fertigation's water at least 0.01, the same as the desktop app.
  • Weights on Create Sample, Start Processing and Defoliate and Prune accept up to 3 decimals, the same as the desktop app.

Fixed

  • Record Crude Oil Weight and Record Distilled Oil Weight now save. Previously saving them from the scanner always failed.
  • When a scale can't connect, the weight box now says why, for example that it has no IP address or can't be reached, including a remembered scale when the scanner starts.
  • Scales added on the desktop app without a port number, or with only an internal IP address, now connect.
  • The scale list now shows that it is loading, and offers Retry if it can't load. Previously it said "No scales configured".
  • If a scale disconnects while Auto is on, the weight box unlocks so you can type.
  • Tapping Auto now fills in the current reading straight away.
  • Scales that report in kilograms now fill weights correctly, and the live reading shows the scale's unit.
  • A weight typed with a decimal comma, for example 12,5, is now saved as 12.5. Previously everything after the comma was dropped.
  • On screens with several weight boxes, such as Split Batch and Create Sample, Weigh Multiple now puts its total into the box that opened it, and Confirm on one box no longer stops the others.
  • Weigh Multiple now rejects a negative weight instead of subtracting it from the total.
  • Count boxes, such as plants, clones, labels and packages, now accept whole numbers only. Previously 2.5 could be saved as 2.
  • Collect Metrics no longer accepts more plants than the batch has.
  • If saving stops partway, for example on Split Batch or Create Sample, tapping Submit again saves only what is left. Previously a retry saved everything again.
  • Add Pesticide, Add Insects and Log Fertigation now reload a supply's lots after every save, so a second application straight after the first uses the right lots.
  • Add Insects can no longer be saved for an item with no location. It asks you to move the item first, the same as the desktop app.
  • Lists and screens that can't load, including Advance Stage and Receive From Processor, now say so and offer Retry, instead of showing an empty list or a wrong message.
  • Queue for Destruction no longer refuses destroying all of a sample, or any other amount filled in for you.
  • On Queue for Destruction, a weight that is filled in for you can no longer be changed by the scale.
  • On Queue for Destruction, a weight from a scale you picked on an earlier visit now records that scale's name.
  • On Receive Inventory for seeds, a Weigh Multiple total now goes into Net Weight, not the seed count.
  • On Receive Inventory, changing End Type to Seeds after tapping Auto or Confirm no longer locks the quantity box.
  • On Receive Inventory, packaged plants and seeds now fill their count from the SKU.
  • On Receive Inventory for imperial organizations, a packaged SKU's weight is now saved correctly, for example 7 g for two 3.5 g packages.
  • Start Processing now always accepts the whole amount available.
  • The confirmation after Split Batch, Start Processing, Queue for Destruction and Receive From Processor now shows the amount saved, not a later scale reading.
  • Done on Send To Processor and Receive From Processor, and Skip on Defoliate and Prune, now go back one screen, to the item.
  • After Start Processing and Create Mothers, Print Label opens with the new item's name. Previously it could show a placeholder such as "Mother".
  • The inventory search on custom forms is now in your language, and offers Retry when a search fails.
  • If saving a colour grade fails, the grades stay on screen so you can try again.
  • Text that stayed in English in other languages, such as Forgot Password and some detail labels, is now translated, and scale screens in Portuguese show the correct accents.
  • Unnamed items now show their type, for example "Lot 12".

[1.4.2] - 2026-09-01

Fixed

  • The Variety, Vendor and Weighed By / Checked By lists on Receive Inventory now show every entry. Sites with more than 20 varieties, 100 vendors or 200 users previously saw a shortened list, so searching for a later entry found nothing on the scanner even though the desktop app listed it.
  • Receiving a packaged product now lists the SKUs for the chosen variety and unit, matching desktop. The SKU list on the scanner was previously always empty.
  • The processor list on Send Processor, the pest type list on Add Insects and the waste type and reason lists on Queue Destruction now load every entry. Sites with more than 100 processors or more than 20 pest or waste types previously saw a shortened list.
  • The supply list on Add Pesticide, Add Insects and Log Fertigation now shows every supply class, and the batch list on Propagate Clones shows every eligible batch. Sites with more than 20 supply classes or more than 50 eligible batches previously saw a shortened list.
  • Propagate METRC Clones now lists varieties and pre-selects the batch's variety. The list was previously always empty.
  • Advance Stage stays available on a processing batch after its processed weight is recorded, however many activities follow. On busy batches the button previously disappeared once the weight record was more than 20 activities old.
  • Pickers that show a full list (varieties, vendors, users, supplies and similar) now load in one step, so they open faster on slow connections.

[1.4.1] - 2026-08-17

Fixed

  • Scanning several barcodes in quick succession no longer piles up a screen per scan. Each new scan now replaces the open detail screen instead of stacking another on top; on slower devices a fast scanning run could previously freeze the app until Android closed it.
  • A barcode scanned while an action form is open (for example Adjust Weight) opens the item above the form instead of replacing it, so entered values and signatures are kept and the back arrow returns to the form.

[1.4.0] - 2026-08-10

Added

  • Adjust Weight is now available on batches, matching the desktop feature. The action appears once a weight has been recorded in the batch's current stage, and requires a reason plus checked-by and approved-by signatures.

Changed

  • Printing a label for a batch, lot, sample or destruction item now lists all of your label templates, the same as the desktop app. User badges and location labels still list only their own templates.

Fixed

  • Printing several numbered labels now defaults the sequence to 1 of N through N of N, matching desktop. Previously the sequence stayed at 1 of 1 no matter how many labels were requested.
  • The label template, printer and scale lists now load every entry. Sites with more than 20 templates or more than 20 pieces of equipment previously saw a shortened list that could hide the destruction label, some printers and some scales.

[1.3.0] - 2026-08-07

Added

  • THC and CBD concentration fields (mg/g or mg/ml) on Receive Inventory, kept in sync with the percentage fields automatically: enter either side and the other fills in.
  • The concentration unit follows the product type: oil and pure intermediate products show mg/ml, everything else shows mg/g, matching the web app and B300 reporting.

Changed

  • THC and CBD entries on Receive Inventory are now checked against valid ranges (0 to 100 percent, 0 to 1000 mg) with a clear error message, and out-of-range values can no longer be submitted.
  • THC and CBD entries that cannot be read as a number (for example a comma used as the decimal separator) now show the same error and block submission, instead of the potency being silently dropped from the received item.

Added

  • Approve received inventory directly from the scanner. Received items now show an Approve action with its own screen, available to users with the approve received inventory permission.

Fixed

  • Scale connections now use the TCP port configured in equipment settings instead of a fixed port.
  • Continuous weighing no longer drops the scale connection, and continuous mode now works across scale brands.
  • Removed duplicated field labels on the receive and approve inventory screens.

  • Electronic signature capture on scanner actions that require sign-off. The signer must verify their credentials before a signature is accepted. Covered actions: QA review, visual inspection, collect metrics, record weight, start processing, create lot, create mothers, propagate clones, send to processor, receive from processor, edit name, split batch, receive inventory, add pesticide, add insects, log fertigation, defoliate and prune, and take sample.
  • Dual authenticated signatures on queue for destruction.
  • A Reprint Label hub that lists recent items with type filters, so a label can be reprinted without re-scanning the item.
  • A prompt to print a label immediately after a defoliate or prune action.
  • Signer notification emails on create lot, matching the web app.

Changed

  • Source inventory links now navigate to the item from the sample, batch, and destruction views.
  • The print template picker is filtered by label type for destruction and sample prints, so only relevant templates appear.
