Hardware Warranty

All Zebra devices come with a 1-year warranty on parts and labor. Devices do not need to be registered to qualify. Our clients can also take advantage of the warranty. Zebra does offer extended support and warranty packages, but they must be purchased within 30 days of device purchase. The most basic one is 3-years for around $120 per device. All OHAUS devices come with a 1-year warranty on parts and labour. M&L, the vendor we bought the scales from, is the licensed warranty and repair provider. OHAUS does not offer any extended warranty after year 1.

Requirements to Assign Lot Item to SKU

When you receive inventory, you select the product type to represent what type of inventory it is, such as seeds, distilled oil, etc., along with the variety. Any lots created from that received inventory will inherit the product type as its unit of measure. For example, if the received inventory's product type is "Extract (Gummies)", then the lot's unit of measure will be "g Extract (Gummies)". The variety is also inherited. Only SKUs with the same unit of measure and variety as the lot can be assigned to a lot item created from that lot. See the example below. Even if the lot came from a batch, the idea is the same. The lot inherits its unit of measure and variety from the batch.

SKU Requirements for Orders

When you click Add New Item on a CRM Order, the dropdown menu in the modal that appears will display all the available SKUs for that order. The only SKUs available are the SKUs whose sales class matches the order's type, which is based on the type of the CRM Account the order is for. Here's an example. An order is created for CRM Account X. Account X's type is "distributor", which makes the order type a "wholesale" order. There is a SKU called "GummyBar-1g" whose sales class is "whole sale". Since the SKU's sales class is the same as the order's type, it will be available for selection when you click Add New Item on the order.

Fixing Delayed or Duplicate Printing

Problem If you notice a significant delay when trying to print your labels, or if the printer produces unwanted duplicates, it is likely due to a recent Google Chrome update that blocks unencrypted traffic on HTTPS sites like GrowerIQ to a device on a local network (LAN). Solution We are working to find ways to overcome this problem, but in the meantime, here is a workaround: Option 1: Use Microsoft Edge Open the same page in Microsoft Edge browser instead of Google Chrome. Edge doesn't have the same restrictions. Option 2: Chrome Flag Override 1. Open Chrome and go to: chrome://flags/#block-insecure-private-network-requests 2. Set the flag to Disabled 3. Restart Chrome Note: This workaround may need to be reapplied after Chrome updates. If you continue to experience issues, please contact support.

Can I Copy Data Between Environments? (UAT to Production)

<li>Data integrity: Test environments often have inconsistent, incomplete, or intentionally incorrect data for testing edge cases.</li> <li>License separation: UAT/test and production are separate licensed environments with different regulatory standing.</li> <li>METRC/Track & Trace: For licensed facilities, all inventory must originate from actual regulatory transfers, not copied data.</li>
